Sales contract

Arogya, LLC delivers only in Switzerland. A sales contract between Arogya, LLC and its client begins upon receipt of the client’s purchase order. Purchase orders may be completed by mail, email, or through our website. In completing a purchase, any risks involved with the transmission of data belong to the client. At the conclusion of the purchase contract, the client accepts the terms and conditions of the sale. Arogya, LLC reserves the right to change its products and packagings at any time.

Arogya, LLC guaranties the delivery of quality products. Our client’s satifaction is our first priority and we want to offer the best service.

Prices

All prices include VAT according to the current rate.

Conditions of Payment

Arogya, LLC reserves the right to send a client’s shipment only upon receipt of payment for the order.

Responsability and returns

All purchase orders are final. Exchanges and returns are generally not accepted except in the case that the wrong product is shipped, damage occurs during shipping, or a product arrives in a defective condition.

Requests for exchanges, returns, or refunds must be specified in writing and communicated to Arogya, LLC at 4 rue Masbou, 1205 Geneva within five days of the receipt of your merchandise.

After five days, the merchandise will be considered accepted and the client’s purchase completed. You will obtain a new delivery for the dameged or wrong products. Excluded from this agreement are contract termination and rebate claims.

The products which the intrinsic qualities do not correspond to the client’s expectations (i.e taste) and the products ordered by mistakes are not refundable.

Products

Arogya, LLC claims that the informations displayed on the products are correct.

As for any food products, the consumer is requested to check the possible contraindications before using.

Privacy policy

Arogya, LLC will not share or transmit any client data to third parties except to the extent necessary for completion of the purchase order by mail. All clients’ personal information is treated as strictly confidential at all times.

Refund

If the client is entitled to refund or credit, the amount will be credited on his or her bank account.

Jurisdiction

Swiss jurisdiction shall be valid.

Forum

This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Switzerland. Any dispute will be ruled by the court of the state and republic of Geneva. Any appeal at the federal court reserved.

Delivery fees

Shipping costs are determined according to the courrier’s fees. Delivery is free for purchases higher than 80 CHFr. There is no mimimum order and no additional tax for small orders.

Overview

Arogya, LLC reserves the right to adjust the terms and conditions of its sales contracts at any time without prior notice.
