Arogya, LLC delivers only in Switzerland. A sales contract between Arogya, LLC and its client begins upon receipt of the client\u2019s purchase order. Purchase orders may be completed by mail, email, or through our website. In completing a purchase, any risks involved with the transmission of data belong to the client. At the conclusion of the purchase contract, the client accepts the terms and conditions of the sale. Arogya, LLC reserves the right to change its products and packagings at any time.<\/p>\n

Arogya, LLC reserves the right to send a client\u2019s shipment only upon receipt of payment for the order.<\/p>\n
Responsability and returns<\/b><\/p>\n
All purchase orders are final. Exchanges and returns are generally not accepted except in the case that the wrong product is shipped, damage occurs during shipping, or a product arrives in a defective condition.<\/p>\n
Requests for exchanges, returns, or refunds must be specified in writing and communicated to Arogya, LLC at 4 rue Masbou, 1205 Geneva within five days of the receipt of your merchandise.<\/p>\n
After five days, the merchandise will be considered accepted and the client\u2019s purchase completed. You will obtain a new delivery for the dameged or wrong products. Excluded from this agreement are contract termination and rebate claims.<\/p>\n
The products which the intrinsic qualities do not correspond to the client\u2019s expectations (i.e taste) and the products ordered by mistakes are not refundable.<\/p>\n

Arogya, LLC claims that the informations displayed on the products are correct.<\/p>\n
As for any food products, the consumer is requested to check the possible contraindications before\u00a0 using.<\/p>\n
Privacy policy<\/b><\/p>\n
Arogya, LLC will not share or transmit any client data to third parties except to the extent necessary for completion of the purchase order by mail. All clients\u2019 personal information is treated as strictly confidential at all times.<\/p>\n

Delivery fees<\/b><\/p>\n
Shipping costs are determined according to the courrier\u2019s fees. Delivery is free for purchases higher than 80 CHFr. There is no mimimum order and no additional tax for small orders.<\/p>\n
